Help Information

Hi my dad need some help scraped his old rover 420 but kept some of the parts for my mams car as she as rover 400. So I was going to ask if anyone can tell me what I would have to change to put electric mirrors/.windows and fog lights into mams car. There are electric windows in front but not in the back dad has kept all the wiring of his rover 420 and motors relays switches and some other parts and some parts that will not fit mams car with it being a 2 litre with air con and crus control or can it be fitted to a 1. 4 if so can anyone tell me how
