Loss of horn

As the title says, I have no horn, fuse OK, tried another Steering Coupler still didn't work, horn works when wired direct so the horn itself is ok, the only thing thing I can think of is the relay in the SCU unit I don't fancy having to remove it again and send it off again for repair. So does anybody know how to bypass this relay and have the horn working direct? Thanks
