Rear tyre bald on inside.. Advice please

Hello all :)



The last few weeks there has been a rough noise at the back of my Rover 400 1998 which I didnt have a chance to look at it, I was replacing my backbox and noticed my rear drivers side tyre has went bald on the inside.



I suspect the bearing is done? I do have 40mm lowered springs in the rear which seemed to show slight camber, would it be best to put these back to standard as it might ruin another one?
