Rover 45 1.6 2002 New Exhaust Fitted

Hi All, new to this be gentle.

I have just fitted a new under car CAT to my rover 45 1.6 2002 hatchback, I did change the gaskets, and now the gasket is blowing when the car gets hot, this is on the manifold side, any advice please, I have not used any gasket sealant or putty.
