Website scam

I just received a message on this forum telling me that Java is out of date.



If you see anything similar - CLOSE THE WINDOW. On no account follow any links, etc.



This particular scam is from xzstny.com (registered in China) but there are bound to be others. I've also seen similar ones using plausible domain names and claiming Flashplayer needs to be updated.



NOTE

I'm not certain, but I think these scams operate through advertising slots. They certainly get everywhere, including eBay, but this is the first time I've seen this scam appear on this forum - hence the warning.
