Wheel but tension

Just a quickie

I'm at work and will have a couple of hours to spare in the small hours

I thought I'd put the time to good use and whip the wheels off the TF and give them a good clean and polish front and back. When I put them back on rather than just doing what some do tighten the wheel nuts by jumping on the wrench I thought I'd torque them up to the correct pressure. Its just dawned on me that I don't know what the psi or Nm should be.

Anyone know off the top of there head?
