zs wont start after new plugs and filters

Hi,

I've just put new plugs and fuel filter on the ZS,went to start it and it wont turn over,I did the plugs first and it started fine but after i fitted the fuel filter it wont even turn over,I bumped it off and it started easy, took it for a 10 min run turned it off and again it wont turn over.

Any ideas please ??
