handbrake tensioner mechanism

hi my car needs this modified handbrake tensioner but the person on the forums has stopped supplying the modified ones due to people not returning theirs i have contacted xpart but they said i would have to go their shop and order it then come back once the part has been delivered to them which isnt even the modified one my question is does anyone know of anyplace that stock modified ones
