Tyres, again

Need some help.

Want to change my tyres but am confused by the sizing.

I have 205/50/16 at the mo but 45s are an option.

Went to some sites and they gave me the 55s as an option with no mention of the 45s.

So got a freindly garage to send me the DVLA screen shot
