Buzzing/Vibration - Clutch?
Hi All,
Drove to work this AM, and I arrived at the car park, popped it in to first, clutch down and was waving my pass at the scanner to raise the barrier. (Usual shenanigans!)
I noticed an odd noise, sort of like a "buzzing" and a bit of a vibration through the clutch pedal. As soon as I drove off and through the gate the noise stopped. I pulled up to a parking bay, popped the clutch down and put it in reverse, left the clutch down for a few seconds to test and the buzzing noise started to come back with a bit of vibration through the clutch pedal.
When I had parked up, I noticed it was there again, but less noticeable when in Neutral with the clutch lifted.
I had the clutch replaced 25,000 Miles / 2 Years ago (went at 40,000).
I did a service a month or so ago.
I had the cambelt/waterpump changed about 3-5 Months ago, (and had to have the tensioner replaced a few weeks later due to it over tightening the belt and getting "stuck")
Not sure if any of that is relevant but thought its best to mention.
Halp! :err:
