DMGRS: how to contact??

Hi

Anyone got a contact number? Nothing on their website as far as I can see. Tried emails, as per the website, no answers, also tried PM through this site and still no replies, even though DMGRS has replied to posts on the forum. A part I ordered finally arrived but is missing an o-ring. Rather frustrating that the given route(s) of contact get no response.
