MGTF 120 Tyre issues

Hi folks, 80th anniv 120 needing tyres . I'm having great difficulty sourcing the tyre sizes needed: front 195 45 16 Rear 215 40 16. COnti's dont have the rear, goodyear dont have the combo, no idea what to go for. (Brisbane based)

Can I play with sizes? eg. fr 195 45 16, rear 215 45 16, which would raise the rear a fraction (around 10cms) Or...go higher front (195 50 16) & rear(215 45 16) which would raise front & rear, but keep them relatively the same height?? Any ideas welcome.
