Question for LE500 and post 2005 TF owners

Yesterday evening I spent an interesting couple of hours with Technozen/Paul investigating my LE500 SCU configuration...out of which discussion comes the following question..



After you arm the alarm...and then unlock the boot does the alarm sound?



I've heard of TFs that don't but mine does...we are unsure if there is a common default behaviour as it looks like the SCUs for the Chinese TFs were cannibalised from existing MGR stock....the VIN numbers programmed into the SCUs don't match the VIN number of the cars they are located in...and they all appear to be configured slightly differently as a result. :confused:
