Rover 45 Td - Supply and fit sdi injectors in West Yorkshire?

Hi

Pretty much standard 45 99bhp but with Jetex cotton air filter and Pierburgh MAF, but I'd like a bit more umph but lack the tools and know how to fit the injectors.

Can anyone help?
