Blue smoke at low rpm

Good morning all...



Need some help again :)



So after drowning my 2003 MG ZR TD and bending #1 & 4 conrods I did the following work: Replaced all the conrods, big ends, rings, new headgasket, turbo-cartridge, timing belts & tensioners, oil...



Now my ZR starts like a charm, but I have the following symptoms:

Rough idle, blue smoke when idling (goes away at about 2000rmp) and the engine sounds a bit louder (almost a pinking/ticking sound)



Where should I be looking?
