Car started to sound strange.. Need help asap! With Video

Need your help please..



Today i was driving the car and i noticed sometimes when i pushed a little harder, lets say to 3000RPM, when changing gear, as soon as i pressed the accelerator, engine mades a strange noise for a second.



A few minutes ago, i was filming to post here the movie and engine started to make that noise and now it never disappears!



Please notice the difference in sound in the video.. At first the sound is fine, after a while, it started to sound weird after rev harder.. and finally it´s always doing that sound.. Second 17 is the first moment when that weird sound appears..



What can be this? Is this the famous "Tractor sound"? Or something more problematic? It sounds a lot worse in live than in the video :(
