Heater fan fault....

Hello all, i wonder if anyone has any idea what is going on, i recently fitted electric windows in the rear of my Rover 75 that i removed from a ZT that i no longer use, i also had to change the window module from 2 window lift to 4 window lift and hey presto the windows now work, HOWEVER in doing so, the heater fan blower is no longer working, the central locking unlock button won't unlock the doors and i had to change the door key body over? all this from just swapping the window lift module! obviously my main concern is the lack of demister (especially as its getting that time of year). The ZT is climate yet my 75 is manual aircon, is it much of a job to change them over? obviously heater box, loom ect but if it cures it it will be worth the effort!

Any advice greatly received!
