How Do I Remove Boot Cd Magazine?

Just bought a new Kenwood cd player, had it fitted by Halfords(brilliant service), but now realise I have 6 cd's in my Rover 45 boot changer that I can't get out as it has no power now.

How can I remove the mag without damage please as I wish to sell it along with my CD 80 (minus my cd's of course!)
