mg zr 120 ruuning like s...!! help please

Good afternoon everyone been working on my sisters mg zr 120 as she wanted timing belt and water pump done so i have done that which all timing is spot on and i have checked it several times :) and the car was idling fine till we changed the spark plugs to some others out of another 120 and the car ran like crap so we bought some new plugs and car is still runing like crap so i have checked the coil packs and plugs in the other 120 and they are working fine and that engine is running fine so i took the injectors off that to put them on my sistersd 120 as i thought it might be the cable to the coil packs that might be damaged and i have connected everything up and the car ran for a couple of seconds and now can only get it started with the throttle being fully open and sounds like a tracktor and like its only running on 2 cylinders and will only go upto 2000rpm with trottle fully open and it cuts out if you close the throttle :(





so i striped everything off and checked timing and that is spot on and engine turns over fine by hand and cranks over fine with out plugs in when the ignition is turned so i put everything back together and it is still not runing fine so i don't understand that changed plugs would make the car run like this i have also put the orignal plugs in and it is still runing like crap



so any help or ideas would be great as i am lost :(
