MG ZR TD Timing issue
Hey Guys, first off, thanks for all the help on my older posts!
So after all my smoking problems, I took the head to a repair shop where they replaced the valve guides and the stem seals. They also did a surface skim, so that the head is 100% flat again.
When refitting now, I cannot get my timing belts to align 100% to the marks. The cam timing belt is about 1mm off from perfect, and the diesel pump hole is off with roughly the same. I have tried refitting the belts about 3 times, but I cannot get them to align 100%.
Any ideas?
