please help think my head gastet is on its way out

Hi can you help I have an mg zr 2.0l deisel on a 52 plate, I think my head gastet is on the way out, I'm losing water and my heaters are not working that well also after looking at my engine oil I noticed a bit of brown oil an a little water in the oil cap.
