Speedo Over reading? L-series

Last year I changed the sensor on my gearbox as it had failed, so replaced it with one that was identical to the one I removed and its over reading.



I have tried to fix this to no avail. Any Ideas? Now its comming to selling time and just want to get everthing in order.
