time of year, cold start issue

hi folks,



05 ZS, when i start first thing in the morning, it cranks and fires up almost straight away, but its quite a lumpy idle, and a bit of white/blue smoke, when you start driving it, the lumpyness starts to go away as it warms up, its then spot on as it should, no smoke or anything else. if i leave it for a couple of hours, will start up fine, but every morning its the same. the colder it is the lumpier and smokier it is.... i dont think its pump timing? as it wouldn't start so quickly?
