+200 club

There are a number of lovely builds going on (on and off the forum) with guys building +200 BHP cars..



I'm not talking about 'whacking on NOS' type things...



Someone on facebook recently claiming to have 280 bhp.. Then you discover it's just got a massive shot of NOS on a standard car.. Scary..



What's interesting for me is the various routes there are to '+200'



Bhp is just a figure.. So which way will be quickest to 60?



Quickest down the 1/4 straight..



There's an un-dyno'd turbo conversion that claims 200 bhp based on.. Er.. Guessing..



Tony's awesome ITB 1.8 making 205+ which is very quick..



Several supercharged builds going on..



At least two turbo builds happening..



Here's hoping 2015 will see a 1/4 mile day happen with as many of the 'variants' as possible there to compare.. To help other power hungry folk in the future make a better informed choice about which route to take



There is a fair amount of work going into these builds.. Even the Hanger 111 kit isn't just a bolt on.. There's no 'off the shelf' kit for the ITB route either



And one crazy fool is building a 2 litre super charged monster... Can't wait..
