Anyone whose done the IB5 fix

I couldn't for the life of my separate the plastic housing? Pulled off rubber sleeve, two front clips, side nearest to passenger came loose, drivers side was stubborn and the two back clips kept clipping back in! Had to give up after around 4 hours on the same part...



I'd ideally look to buy the assembly separate, but they look a bit expensive unless I went to a scrap yard, so has anyone got any suggestions? I thought about breaking the plastic off and getting a replacement but I don't even know what to search for!
