ATC blower fan problem

I have an R45 2005 k16f with climate control. First problem was the fan stop working after a while, maybe 5 min, whitout cleaning windows. After a while he starts again... I changed the transistor after i read sheedist topic, they look fine.

Now the fan works intermitent start- stop in a second like a connection problem,lights feels intermitent too.

No code error, only 1b.

I have maybe a ground problem? Where is the ground wire for in car sistems? In the last days my cd radio RCA fails because ground, the bluetooth device fails too...
