Radiator fan [45]

Hi, last morning when I come back from work and I turn off the engine the radiator fan, actually both of them are still working for around 10 minutes. Today when I turn on the engine they start spinning too, which never happened in the past. The gauge for the coolant is never going above the middle so it's OK. I turned the obd reader and torque app is showing 215C and is blinking, obviously that's not correct. Maybe there is some issue with the communication between the temp sensor and the ECU. Last week it was ok the torque app was showing the exact temp correctly. Any advice will be appreciated. The car is rover 45 td 2001.
