door pin

hi all my driver side door been like this since i bought it has dropped slighty only abit and i think its the door pins have worn down (my bro had this happen on his cavaliers a few times) has any one every had a issue with this?? or yet a gain is it just me lol if so do rear door pins fit as they would have less wear on them? and does any have 2 for sale
