Mot out, do i need to sorn.

Sorry if i have the wrong forum here guys.

Just wondering if my ZR is taxed and insured but mot has ran out (Today) =(

do i have to declare the car sorn or am I ok?



Its going in for its mot just after the New Year but have been reading some horror stories about fines and am now baffled.
