25 td alternator needs help

Hi



Looks like the bearing is dieing on my alternator and starts squeeking from time to time....also the voltage is fluctuating from 13,9 - 15,8V often.



Now the last place they offered to restore it for £100 but i thought these used to be a lot cheaper....anyone knows anything on this topic ? where should i go for refurbing my alternator on a normal price (usual quote 50-60)
