Heater blower question 418sld

Hi guys, cannot find a manual for the old boy and now the heater blower has packed up. It was working on positions 3 and 4 which I put down to the blower resistor failing but now gone on all settings. I was under the impression that full chat on the blower effectively bypassed the resistor so am I looking for a fuse issue? If so, can anyone tell me which one and where to look?



As I said, I cannot find a manual that covers the car so am a bit in the dark.
