Roof light console

What is the powerfull bulb I can insert in the light console. It is too dark in the car. I also want to place a light console on the rear side of the roof or 2 lights in the rear pillars. There was some guy who has done this on his rover. Front light console from accord and in the rear from rover 800. Any help will be appreciated.
