Stock damper bolts didnt fit Bilsteins

After a long wait i was able to get my hands on a comfort suspension kit by VHS, it came by surprise when i discovered my stock bolts do not fit the bilstein dampers which the bolt place is smaller. i dont know if this has something to do with my car being a mexican tf, but well, i dont think getting smaller bolts is the solution because i think they wont tight as they should.

Ill try taking the dampers to a workshop to see if the hole can be made a little bigger. if someone knows something that could help it would be appreciated. :(
