zs heater stuck on hot

hi all been looking through posts but nowt about only hot air just cold.. anyways got a zs 180 and its only blowing hot air at first i thought thermostat but that would be cold air? or the car would overheat?



second problem got a rattle on top sounds like its from the intake been told this is probably the vis valves



anyways any ideas on the stuck on hot would be appreciated
