advice needed!!!! engine head advice!!!

does 1.8 16 v freelander engine head can be instaled in 1.6 16 v rover 200 car??? i have pictures with different position for cambelt tension.

i have problem with my original head and i cant find another 1.6 engine head.

Or maybe i can instal 1.4 16 v engine head ???? :confused:
