Clicking and light clunking driverside front?

Hi all,



The driverside front wheel area makes a clicking/clunking noise when i turn the steering wheel or jump up and down on the sill?



I thought it was a shock spring had broke again but I toke the wheel off yesterday checked the spring and checked all the bolts in the area. Wiggled various bits to check for any play in any items and none?



Any ideas it does seem to come from the power steering rack area if that helps?
