flexi to fix and decat required
Hi All, i need to fix the flexi bit of my 45diesel exhaust and would like to remove the cat at the same time.
When looking online for a new front flexi i found a clamp on flexi section.
Then i thought if i remove the cat, cut off the old broken flexi, clamp the new flexi to the down pipe, purchase a mid section from a scrapper and cut it down, clamp to the rear end of the flexi (so the gap left by the cat has gone and so has the cat). Now attach to the mid section pipe clamp up with new gasket thingy and add some supports.
Any Thoughts?
Anybody tried this already?
