Hard to start and blue smoke

Last week I changed cambelts oil and filters. When I go to get the car I couldnt start the engine. When open the bonnet I pump the priming bulb and it was not going hard and then I saw that diesel is leaking from the fuel filter bleeding screw. It was quite tight screwed but It was leaking. The guy tightened it again and it was fine not leaking anymore. The priming bulb gets hard after pumping but the car still has struggle to start. After a few seconds of cranking it It starts. And after that it was fine. Timing was ok as I said in another thread.

Yesterday and today The car again struggle to start. I pumped the priming bulb before starting the engine and again was tought to start. After a 6-7 seconds of cranking the engine started and a big blue smoke cloud came arround. The timing was +4 according to Torque app. So It shouldn't be the problem with the timing. I have some doubts that there is some air leak causing the poor cold start. Before I change cambelt, oil and filters everything was fine. Well the timing was more advanced +9 but I dont think with +4 it should struggle to start.
