How to lift carpet?

Seriously need to get this looked at.



3DR ZR, need to get the rear carpet lifted... how!?

I want to remove as little as possible, but need to get to the left hand side rear footwell, under the carpet. I would presume I need to remove the rear bench and possibly the plastic Trim "door cards" on that side. Any help/steps on how to do it?
