Ticking Noise

Could someone tell me what this ticking noise is on my ZT and how can I cure it, my own thoughts are that its the Valves and ive read about putting thin oil and ATF fluid in an oil change going for a 20 mile blast and then changing back to standard oil will help clear the **** out and get rid of the noise, any help and thoughts appreciated on this! cheers
