immobiliser problem

hi recently had my battery off to charge it as my 45 had been stood for aboput a month. since then have not been able to start it as it seems the immobiliser is on all the time. tried entering the key code and it doesnt seem to work. might have the wrong code or doing something wrong. if i have the wrong code is it possible to get the code and how much would it cost
