Intercooler hose?

How do,

Car started making a whooshing sound at around 2000rpm plus no boost now, so I'm guessing/hoping its just an intercooler hose. Does that sound right? If that is the case, can anyone recommend somewhere that sells replacement hoses? I'm not bothered about silicon, or jazzy colours :) Just summet that will do the job. Can't find anything on EuroCarParts and it looks like Rimmer Bros have run out. Surely there's an company that makes standard aftermarket hoses?
