mgzr diesel poor heat in car

morning guys

I've been putting up with this for a while but im only getting luke warm air in the car - even if I've left it running for half an hour - even an hour once.



water level is on maximum and doesn't drop

water is circulating well

all pipes get hot

cables in the car move freely



any ideas? i know the cold weather affects diesel warming up but even in the summer it didn't get overly warm in the car
