Rear window removal

Hi I have just finished making the molds for the front fiberglass bonnet on zr and taken the one off it . I am now looking at making a rear boot but not looking forward to removing the rear window glass any tips would be appreciated, has anybody on here ever done it before, without breaking the glass :-)
