Rover owners: My Boot Leak

Hi Guys and Gals,

I thought that I had solved this leak a while ago by sealing with silicone the aerial, around the fuel cap and the chrome strip near the hood.

However there is still a fair amount of water coming into the boot.

It comes from above the seam where the black arrow is pointing and runs in the direction of the red arrows.

I am also 99% certain that it runs from the front to the back of the car but in heavy rain the inside of my passenger door seal also fills with water and it can be heard sloshing around until it clears through the drain holes which are clear and let water out well.

Any ideas are welcomed.
