re flexi down pipe

took my tf to work today for a bit of a run and give it a check over before frl,but find my down pipe is blowing at the flexi,soo shopped around for price for supply and fit best i can find is £150 ... thought hmm can i do it myself ?? as can get a good down pipe for £60 just wondered how easy the job is ,have a stainless back box so just asking for thoughts etc??
