SRS Light MGF

Hi



I have read through the forum searching for srs issues and would hate to ask a question that has been asked time after time but I cant seem to find an issue that is exact to mine.



I own a 1996 MGF and the srs light is on for most of the time, the confusing thing is I have managed to knock it off once or twice by moving my seat but this is a short term fix.

I have cleaned and reconnected the plugs, I have even fully removed both seats (to replace the carpet) but the problem still remains.



The fact that I have been able to knock it off temporarily by moving the seat leads me to believe it isn't the coupler but if it isn't the wires under the seat what else may it be? Any advice would be fab.
