Power delivery abrupt

I never seem to be able to drive the ZR smoothly, always jolts everywhere. I know the engine mounts will now be 10 years old, so I'm just wondering whether they've likely hardened up and aren't doing their job anymore?



I want to know too whether this http://ift.tt/1u2Sab4 would fit? They were deleted as part of project drive and for the price I'd put one on if I knew it would fit in the place (I assume the bracket is there just missing this).



And does anyone have the codes for all the engine mounts, so I could do a full sweep and change them all?
