thermostat

Sorry i know this has been discussed b4 but i am struggling to determine which thermostat i need as keep getting conflicting answers.

i can not see a prt thermostat in the car but maybe it needs 1 as some people say it should have.

can 1 of the experts please point me in the right direction

car is mg.zt 1.8 NON turbo 54 plate
