URGENT! - central seatbelt removal!

Hi guys, currently sitting in my boot removing my rear seats to get to the carpet leak! Ive hit a snag, I cant get the central seatbelt out of the seat! How do I do it? I think I've also mamaged to "lock" it and cant loosen it! Help!
